It is a violation of federal law to use any of our intellectual property in whole or in part, and modification of any materials contained on this site is illegal and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible should we choose to do so, including asking for financial penalties (damages) and/or an injunction forcing you to stop using our intellectual property immediately.

You may NOT use our intellectual property in any way, which includes republishing any text, image, design or other property on another website, or posting a quote or image from our site to any third-party website including social media. We have spent lots of time and money building the intellectual property located on this site and in order to maintain the integrity of it, we cannot allow any third-party use.


5: Haiku Project


We give you a personal, non-transferable, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive, fully revocable and limited license to use your poem only on social media, together with the “Baronfig” wordmark. No other licenses or rights are granted to you by implication or otherwise. We may revoke your license to customize or use your poem at any time, for any reason or no reason.

You cannot: 1) Add images, icons, pictures, or any other element to your poem other than by using the customization options that are available within the Haiku Project. 2) Commercialize your poem (such as by creating, importing, selling or reselling merchandise containing your poem or the content). 3) Claim any rights over your poem, the Baronfig logo, or any of the content (such as by registering for a trademark or filing for copyright protection). 4) Claim to be an agent or representative of Baronfig, or otherwise misrepresent your association with us. 5) Use your poem in association with any materials that are false, misleading, offensive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, harassing, illegal, or that violate the rights of any third party (including without limitation the privacy rights, rights of publicity or intellectual property rights of a third party).

By using the Haiku Project, you agree that you will not attempt to copy, alter, modify or manipulate in any way (using any software, tools or technology now known or developed in the future) any poem (whether yours or anyone else’s) or any content other than as allowed by the Haiku Project site and in accordance with these terms. If you use the Haiku Project in a way that we think may be inappropriate, unlawful or illegal, or otherwise violate these terms, we may revoke your limited license to use the logo, and suspend your use of the Haiku Project.

Baronfig owns and retains all ownership and other proprietary rights to its logo, the content, the poems created, any and all derivative works of its logo and content (which includes any poems you create), and all creative assets on the site, and may use its logo, the content, and all such derivative works and assets (including your poem) freely.

You cannot upload any materials (whether written, photographic or in any other format) that are false, misleading, offensive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, harassing, illegal, or that violate the rights of any third party (including without limitation the privacy rights, rights of publicity or intellectual property rights of a third party).

You agree that if you buy merchandise from Baronfig that uses your poem, you will buy that merchandise only for your own use in connection with your Baronfig activities and that you will not resell it or otherwise commercialize it in any way.

If your poem or other materials are flagged as inappropriate, we may remove them from the Haiku Project and/or Baronfig site.


6: Modifications to the Service and Prices


Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to You or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.


7: Products or Services


Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that Your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
